Next Step Materials combines advanced steel space frame panel construction with graphene-enhanced concrete into a high-performance building system that outperforms conventional materials in strength, longevity, durability, and sustainability.
Next Step Materials is built around a three-dimensional steel wire space frame panel system that represents a departure from conventional construction methods. Rather than relying on standard framing configurations, our panels are factory-engineered for structural precision and integrity from the outset.
These panels are then coated with graphene-enhanced concrete — a material composite that delivers substantially higher compressive strength, corrosion resistance, and durability than standard concrete mixes. The graphene enhancement is not an additive applied after the fact. It is integral to the concrete matrix, producing performance characteristics unavailable from conventional formulations.
The steel space frame panels themselves are not graphene-enhanced. The graphene enhances the concrete coating applied to those panels — producing a composite system with superior strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity that conventional construction cannot match.
The three-dimensional steel wire space frame distributes load with exceptional efficiency, reducing material requirements while meeting or exceeding conventional structural standards.
Graphene-enhanced concrete provides dramatically superior resistance to moisture, salt, and chemical exposure — extending service life and reducing lifecycle maintenance cost.
Factory precision and panel modularity reduce on-site construction time significantly compared to conventional methods, compressing project timelines and reducing labor cost.
Geopolymer binders replace portland cement in our concrete formulation, reducing embodied carbon substantially. The system is designed for permanence, not replacement cycles.
Residential, commercial, light industrial, community facilities, coastal and waterfront applications. The system adapts to a broad range of construction types and environments.
Next Step Materials panels are the primary building system for Co-Creator Development projects — ensuring quality control and supply chain integrity across the platform.
The graphene integrated into Next Step Materials' concrete is produced using a Flash Joule Heating process — a rapid, high-energy technique that converts carbon feedstocks into high-quality graphene at production speeds and costs unavailable from conventional graphene manufacturing. This process, developed independently by Co-Creator Group for Sustainability PBC, is itself protected by USPTO and CIPO patent applications in preparation.
Next Step Materials' core technologies — the panel system, the graphene-enhanced concrete formulation, and the Flash Joule Heating graphene production process — are protected by patents pending with both the USPTO and CIPO, with international protections actively expanding.
"The materials we build with can be as principled as the organizations that use them — derived with care, designed for longevity, and built to leave less behind."
