Joining Co-Creator Group for Sustainability PBC is not a transaction. It is an alignment — a decision to build something real, within a structure that is legally organized around the people who build it.

What You Are Joining

You are joining an enterprise in which the work you do belongs to you in a real and structural sense. The CCG Employee Ownership Trust holds 30% of this company permanently — for the collective benefit of every vested employee. That stake is not a benefit program. It is not subject to annual review. It does not evaporate when markets shift or leadership changes. It is a permanent structural right.

You are joining an organization governed by the Human Flourishing Framework — a set of principles that replaces conventional Human Resources logic entirely. You are not a resource. You are not an input. You are the point.

The Pre-Employment Path

Co-Creator Group for Sustainability PBC has a four-stage employment process. Stage 4 — the mandatory 7-Day Stoic Philosophy Immersion Program — is a requirement before any offer becomes effective.

This is not an orientation session. It is a philosophical formation program — seven days of Stoic practice, Socratic dialogue, and structured reflection, facilitated by CCG's trained Facilitator Corps. The program is not designed to test whether you agree with Stoic philosophy. It is designed to give you a framework — the same framework shared by everyone in the organization — for understanding what it means to build something with integrity, over time, in the face of uncertainty.

7-Day Stoic Immersion

Mandatory Stage 4 pre-employment requirement. Completed before any offer takes effect. Facilitated by the CCG Facilitator Corps.

365-Day Development Program

Required for all employees upon hire. Not optional. The shared philosophical foundation of every CCG team member during their first year.

Employee Ownership Trust

Participation is automatic upon vesting. No election required. The work produces the stake. The stake is permanent.

35-to-1 Ceiling

No one earns more than 35 times the lowest-paid person. Floor and ceiling move together. The compact is structural, not cultural.

Co-Creator Group for Sustainability PBC is not looking for people who are looking for a job. The Human Flourishing Framework does not distinguish between the dignity of different kinds of work.
